AMBERGRIS PROPERTY MANAGEMENT (APM) is a sister company to CORAL BEACH REALTY (CBR), a trusted realtor that has been in business here in San Pedro for over six years. APM was created to respond to increasing requests from CBR clients seeking reliable property management services and new clients looking for tourist and long term rental accommodations.

According to the Belize Tourism Board, a "long term rental" must be a minimum term of six months and as such is not subject to the 9% Hotel Tax. If you need a long term rental less than six months, please contact us with details.

Aside from Long Term Rental Properties, APM also offers some of the best TOURIST RENTALS on the island, ranging from budget priced options to luxury accommodations! APM staff is here to answer all of your questions before you arrive and be a local source of information and support while here. We know our little piece of paradise pretty well and are proud to share our island with you!

The basic mode of travel around the island is golf cart, they come in both 4 and 6 seaters, and are a very convenient alternative to taxi travel every time you want to go somewhere, especially if you want to cruise around and explore our island at your own pace. Taxi service may be more economical but limits your access to areas of the island and, as they say, "You can never find a taxi when you need one!" Based upon where you are staying, the choice between cart or taxi may be clear - ask us! We can book a cart for you!

With the world's second largest barrier reef, it is not surprising that a lot of visitors come to our island paradise to enjoy activities related to our still pristine waters. Whether such activities include snorkeling, scuba, reef fishing or fly fishing our world famous flats for fiesty bonefish, speedy permit or monster tarpoon! Let us guide you to the reliable and experienced dive shops and fishing guides on our island - We can find the right guide for you! 

With the second largest barrier reef in the world, obviously a lot of our visitors come for the fantastic dive sites including the world famous "Blue Hole"! Whether you are a novice diver or world experienced diver, our reef system has dive sites for every skill level. Our Dive Masters grew up in these waters and know the corals, currents. fish habitats as well as their back yards - the reef has been their back yard since they were old enough to swim! We can assit you with booking your dives and usually at a local discount. Send us information on your diving needs.
